Travel Home Safely!
When you depart the Grand Velas, you must go to the front desk to check out by 12 PM. The hotel automatically arranges and issues you a paper for your shuttle back to CUN 5 hours prior to your flight time. Should you wish to make any changes to that, please coordinate directly with the front desk.
Please do not leave less than 3 hours - at a minimum - before your departure flight time.
