Visa Requirements

US, UK, & Portugal Travelers

  • While you do not need a Visa or Tourist Card to travel to Mexico, you do need a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity.

Canadian Travelers

  • In addition to a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity, Canadian travelers will need to apply for a Tourist Card.

Packing List

  • Your valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity

  • Bathing suit

  • Reef-safe sunscreen

  • Bug spray

  • Sunglasses

  • Sun hats

  • Sandals

  • Mexico uses the same standard plugs as the US so all devices should be compatible 

  • Based on the activities you select you may need things like:

    • Backpack

    • Hiking / closed-toed shoes

    • Water / soft-soled shoes

    • Travel water bottle

How do I book flights for President’s Club?

To book your flights, please use this link to book via Navan. You may also book your guest’s travel here and will need their full name and DOB as it appears on their ID (Guru card on booking for others here.)

🍽️ Travel Meals

Per AuditBoard’s travel meals policy, while making your way to and from Los Cabos, please do not exceed the per diem allotments, including taxes, tips, and fees:

$25 for Breakfast

$25 for Lunch

$40 for Dinner

If you decide to order the Pappy Van Winkle, that’s gonna be out of pocket, friends. In cases of group meals, all participating individuals must be listed, and the most senior person attending should incur the expense. 🥂

🚌 Ground Transportation

Arrival

After you clear customs at Cancun (CUN) airport please look for an Xcaret representative in the bright maroon shirts on the platform of each terminal.
Be sure to note you’re with AuditBoard and heading to Grand Velas! They will escort you to the waiting area for the shuttle.

Shuttles come every 30 minutes on the half hour between 6:00AM and 9PM, and every hour on the hour between 9PM and 6AM.

Departure

When you depart the Grand Velas, you must go to the front desk to check-out by 12M. The hotel automatically arranges a shuttle for you back to Cancun 5 hours prior to your flight time.

Should you wish to make any changes to that, please coordinate directly with the front desk.

Please do not leave less than 3 hours - at a minimum - before your departure flight time.
